I got my Christmas wish: Ace is female!

Merry Christmas to all, and peace on Earth in the new year! 

I got my wish this Christmas: My favourite cannabis plant "<a href="https://steemit.com/cannabis/@drutter/plant-profile-ace">Ace</a>" is FEMALE! I flipped my plants to 12 hours light and 12 hours darkness about 4 days ago, so it's great to already clearly see sex!

If you're not sure what to look at, check out the fuzzy white "hairs" sprouting from each node. There are 3 obvious female flowers in the above photo.

There's the overall structure of the plant. I'm not going to flower any of the lower sites, just 4 really nice (hopefully large) top nugs.

I have 2 other Steem OG plants. 1 is "Hans", a small less-healthy plant kept as a backup. The other is "No Beef", shown below:

I'm less confident about this one, but I think I see little "balls" starting at the nodes. I certainly don't see any little white "hairs" yet. What do <i>you</i> think, reader?

If No Beef is male, I'll separate him from the females, chop him down to size, and collect his pollen when he matures (then get rid of him).

I'm so happy to have Ace confirmed as female, to add to the 2 female Northern Lights plants! I've got at least 3 healthy organic beauties, 12 weeks old, just starting to flower!!
