It must be a slow week over in Los Angeles since no one is allowed outdoors, even if they are in the press.  The L.A. Times, which is a paper that I don't believe many people outside of California ever pay much attention to has reverted to publishing letters to the editor in lieu of having anything to actually talk about.  I guess they already had a couple dozen "conservatives are bad" articles and had to mix it up a bit.

I can only speculate, but I think that the *Times* is apprehensive to outright praise Joe Biden, so they allow their readers to do so for him.  In the "article" which is just a compilation of readers' words, the question is raised about how Joe could be taking advantage of this time in order to boost his numbers and this is where it gets really dumb.

Joe **already tried to capitalize on this** or perhaps none of you remember it because it was a whole 5 days ago that they suspended Joe's creepy basement studio responses to whenever Trump addresses the press.  The presentations were plagued with Joe giving non answers, bumbling his words, and forgetting the names of people that we would imagine that he has known for a while.... such as Barrack Obama.

Even though the forum is in fact, Yahoo News, which is a bastion of liberal groupthink / group-rant, there are several thousand comments and almost none of them are complimentary of Biden even by people that are clearly liberal-biased.

As newspapers seem to have gone back to square one of simply stating "Orange Man Bad" they, after a year of debates and dozens of candidates, arrived at Joe Biden, who might be the weakest candidate that a major party has ever put forward.   

The article is "dumb" because the L.A. Times doesn't even have the guts to put in some good words for their obvious candidate of choice because even they don't believe in him.  Therefore, they turn it over to their readers to do the work for them and still get ripped apart in the forums on a largely liberal news site.

This bodes very badly for Dems.
