My Actifit Report Card: gennaio 16 2019

Ciao a tutti, molte volte sottovaluto quanto possa aiutare cambiare la solita routine e fare qualcosa di nuovo, seppur semplice. Ad esempio io oggi ho cambiato il solito percorso che faccio tutti i giorni quando torno al lavoro dalla pausa pranzo e sono passato dal parco davanti alla scuola media che frequentavo. Inutile dire che oramai sono passati veramente molti anni, eppure mi sono balzati alla mente moltissimi ricordi e mi sono come scaricato del peso che mi portavo dietro dall'ufficio... Non sono stati solo i ricordi ma anche la sola distrazione di osservare un particolare che suscitasse in me una sorta di curiosità.. per me è stato come ricaricare una batteria.. è servito veramente per ricominciare con il buon umore.
