Suggestion to Add Language Selection for Translation Contributions
I'm currently doing an analysis on translation contributions when this idea hit me.

Currently, there seems to be no selection from what language to what language a contributor is translating. Here's a snapshot of the current translation contribution.

As what can be seen on the image on the right, the current available fields for input are:
* Github Project
* Contribution Title
* Body
* Tags
* Reward

There's no field for selecting the language a contributor is translation from, and to what language he is translating to.

## Proposal

When contributing translation projects, there will be additional fields (similar to when development contributions are made) for the contributor to select from which language to which language he is translating.

Proposed UI is to add the fields above the title or below the body.

These added fields can be used for analyzing data and then stored on the transactions `json_metadata`. I'm not a UX designer , so I'm leaving that decision to him or her.
