Meet my Human

Hi! I'm Lucky the golden chow and I'd like to introduce you to the steem account of my human. He goes by the name Dom, operates the site https://www.ebbandflowmotion.com/,  and is a pretty swell human to have around.

When he is not chasing after me on our daily runs, he invests himself in yoga, sustainable fitness practices, and a vegan lifestyle. From what I understand, he has worked for more than 140 dog years helping humans become healthy and realizing their fitness goals.

I overheard him talking to himself the other day that he plans to regularly upload content having to do with nutrition, cardio, flexibility, strength, meditation,  and a bunch of things he calls activity based fitness.

He is really excited about the steem community and I'm going to encourage him to get to work after our run tomorrow morning. If he uploads regularly enough, maybe he won't take me to get baths as often! Stay tuned; I'll make sure I work my way into his posts somehow.
