Aji sweet essential seasoning in Venezuelan stews.

The sweet pepper, also known as aji criollo (grown here on my island), is a type of small pepper that can be green, yellow and red if it is left to burn in the bush.
In Venezuela it is used for all kinds of stews and soups, it is an essential condiment for meals.
