Hello dears Steemians!

In an amazing and magical way, some members of our Stimulating community liked the Russian dishes that I described in the post about [Russian holidays](https://steemit.com/shareyourworld/@edwardsun55/holidays-of-russia-new-year). 
I decided to make a series of posts about Russian dishes for Stimulants.

So, I ask in my cafe "John Silver" :)

At the request of a pretty lady post the recipe for herring under a fur coat!

Take 18 eggs !!! :) This is my brand joke :)

Ingredients:
Herring - salted, better than the Atlantic, better from the barrel (without peeling the skin) – 2 PCs.
Onions - 2 PCs. Potatoes – 4 PCs. Carrots – 3 PCs. Beets – 2 PCs.
Egg – 2 PCs.  Apples (definitely sweet) – 2 PCs.   
Mayonnaise!

Preparation: wash Potatoes, carrots and beets and boil in uniform (without cleaning) until ready. Allow to cool and peel. The beets are better to clean and granulate the last, as she will get you all the hands :)
apples to clear and grate separately on a large grater, onions to clear and liquify. Boil the egg hard and grate on a fine grater.

While the vegetables are boiled, the Herring must not be very hard to beat, I do it with a knife handle, special bits I have. It is necessary that the rib bones and skeleton are easily separated when cooking fillets. Clear from the skin and separate the fillets from the bones. Fillet cut into small pieces (size, about the nail of the thumb).
You can, of course, herring replace with red fish, because of the small bones of the herring, but it will be another dish. :) Next time you can try the red fish.
On a large dish put half of the potatoes, then-a layer of herring and onions, grease with mayonnaise. Next, place a layer of carrots, half beets, eggs. Each layer a little salt and soak mayonnaise.
The last layer spread the remaining potatoes and the apples.
In the end the top and sides to put the remaining beetroot. Smooth the surface, grease with mayonnaise, and at the end of the top can be sprinkled with egg yolk.

The finished dish should be put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Удивительным и волшебным образом некоторым членам нашего Стимит сообщества понравились русские блюда, которые я описал в посте про [Русские праздники](https://steemit.com/shareyourworld/@edwardsun55/holidays-of-russia-new-year). 

Я решил сделать серию постов про Русские блюда для Стимитян. 
Итак, прошу в моё кафе "Джон Сильвер" :)
По просьбе одной милой особы выкладываю рецепт селёдки под шубой!

Берём 18 яичек !!! :) Это такая моя фирменная шутка :)

Ингредиенты:
Селёдка - солёная, лучше атлантическая, лучше из бочки (из банки) – 2 шт.
Лук репчатый – 2 щт.  Картофель – 4 шт. Морковь – 3 шт.  Свёкла – 2 шт. 
Яйцо – 2 шт. Яблоки (обязательно сладкие) – 2 шт. и Майонез!

Приготовление: 
Картофель, морковь и свеклу вымыть и отварить в мундире до готовности. Дать остыть и очистить от кожицы. Свёклу лучше чистить и мельчить последней, так как, она измажет вам все руки :) 
яблоки очистить и натереть раздельно на крупной терке, репчатый лук очистить и измельчить. Яйцо сварить вкрутую и натереть на мелкой терке.

Пока овощи отвариваются - Сельдь обязательно предварительно не очень сильно отбить, я делаю это рукояткой ножа, специальной биты у меня нет. Это нужно, что бы рёберные кости и скелет легко отделялись, при приготовлении филе. Очистить от кожи и отделить филе от костей. Филе порезать на небольшие кусочки (размер, примерно с ноготь большого пальца). 
 
На большое блюдо выложить половину картофеля, затем – слой сельди и лука, смазать майонезом. Далее выложить слой моркови, половину свеклы, яйца. Каждый слой слегка посолить и пропитать майонезом. 
Последним слоем выложить оставшийся картофель, а сверху - яблоки.
В завершении сверху и с боков положить оставшуюся свеклу. Разровнять поверхность, смазать майонезом, а в завершении сверху можно посыпать желтком яйца.

Готовое блюдо нужно поставить в холодильник на 2–3 часа.
