<div class="text-justify">  Buen día a toda la familia steemit y en especial a steem Venezuela hoy es martes de cocina y voy a compartir con ustedes una receta una manera distinta de cocinar pescado n esta ocasión cocinare un filete pescado de pescado al curry muy sabroso que les invito a que me acompañe a su preparación para que lo preparen en casa.

### Ingredientes:

+ 3 Filetes de Pescado.
+ 1 Cebolla.
+ 7 Ajís Dulce.
+ 8 Dientes de Ajo.
+ 1 Taza de Leche Coco.
+ 1 Limón.
+ 1 Cucharada de Curry.
+ Sal (c/n)
+ 1 Cucharada de Carmencita.
+ Cilantro.

### Preparación:

Primeramente tomamos los filetes de pescado le agregamos sal y limón para luego llevarlo a un sartén para sellarlos con un poquito de aceite vegetal o mantequilla.

Mientras se sellan los filetes de pescado se lavan y se cortan los aliños, como la cebolla, ají, ajo en trozos grandes.

Una vez cortados los aliños lo llevamos a la licuadora junto con la leche de coco, sal, Carmencita y el curry y procedemos a licuar.

Y de esta manera nos queda la salsa después de licuar.

Una vez sellados los filetes de pescado agregamos la salsa al sartén.

Se deja hervir durante 10 minutos para reducir la salsa.

Una vez reducida la salsa le agregamos el cilantro  y apagamos el fuego.

Por ultimo emplatamos y acompañamos el pescado con arroz blanco cocido y rodajas de aguacate, ideal para un almuerzo.
