<center>This is our entry for the Landscape contest of next week. It is a typical scenery from the German countryside. Wherever you drive to in this country, you will have to cross vast plain fields, which are often scattered by dozens of windmills.</center>

<center>In 2020, wind energy on land and at sea generated 23.5 percent of the total gross electricity in Germany. Since nuclear power plants were shut down in 2011 (after the Fukushima disaster), and the announcement that coal industry will shut within 2035, the country is investing many billions every year in renewable energies.</center>
