需要用到的材料：面粉、糖、盐、鸡蛋、干酵母、水、黄油、香肠、红豆
步骤：
1.除香肠、红豆外，所有材料混合揉成光滑面团。
2.发酵至两倍大。
3.均分8份面团。
4.将面团擀开成椭圆形，压薄底边。
5.卷起，捏紧收口。
6.分次搓成差不多45厘米的长条。
7.将长条对折，在上面横放一根火腿肠。
8.然后将下面两根面分别插入那个对折点的洞里。
9.整理一下，放入烤盘。最后发酵。
10.发酵到两倍大，表面刷蛋液，把红豆轻轻按上去当眼睛。
11.放入180度烤箱中烤20分钟.
12.美味的兔兔面包出炉了，尽情享用吧！
