Você já pensou o porque não consegue executar o que propõe a fazer? Isso pode ser por causa dos hábitos, ele não somente influencia como será seu dia, suas escolhas, mas também a sua saudê física e mental.

Escolher hábitos não é uma tarefa tão difícil, mas reconcilia com o estilo de vida e colocar em pratica é uma tarefa que poucos conseguem de fato, isto porque nem todos possuem flexibilidade em questão de horário e ambiente.

Mas isso é questão de prioridade, quer ter mais saúde? Mais energia? Menos Estresse? Talvez será necessário trocar de emprego, abandonar Fast Food… Ou melhor, escolher o que mais importante para sua vida e de sua família.

Mas lembre-se, para mudar um habito é necessário criar uma nova rotina por vez até se tornar um habito e ir substituindo de um a um, caso tente mudar tudo de uma vez acabará perdendo a batalha e a vontade de mudar, é igual tentar nadar contra a correnteza, uma hora cansa e a aguá leva.
