You are so right @jayna! My parents were kind of the same way. They didn't really have any super bad health issues, but because they were sedentary, they kind of just curled up. They both passed in their early 80's. I don't want to end up not being able to move, so I hike. Thanks for sharing how important this really is. Happy Valentine's Day, my friend! 💞
