The 3 Prompt Weekend Freewrite

*"What are you talking about? It is Independence Day! Of course, we all celebrate."*

"But we shouldn't be going out to any parade right now?" said Angeline to her brother, Anson.

Anson shouted "What? Why not? Every year we will be having fun at the parade... there's firework at the parade, I want to see the firework! I love the firework! Eric says that the firework this year is gonna be beautiful and he's gonna be there! I must be there too..."

Mom says patiently to Anson, "The virus is still out there... We should be keeping our distance and not go to crowded places... I am sure we will have a great time watching the virtual parade and firework..."

"But, but, but... Mom... Eric is gonna be there... I wanna be there too..."

"I just spoke to Eric's mom over the phone, they are not going anywhere. Eric has rashes all over his body, and they just came back from the ER. Apparently, he's been bitten by flea. They are now cleaning their house to kill the fleas. I think we should do some cleaning as well... *Fleas lay eggs at an amazing rate* and I don't want our place be invaded with fleas too..." says Mom.

So the Jackson family spent their whole July 4th morning cleaning up their house... They did found quite a lot of fleas on their carpet where their pet dog love to sleep on it... So both Angeline and Anson gave their pet dog a good bath too...

When they finished everything, it's already past lunch time. Mom had bake them a huge chocolate cheese cake. Both of them really love the treat. Angeline ate a huge chunk and even got *a smear of chocolate on her face*...

And all of them sat in front of the television and enjoyed the virtual parade and firework... It's a different July 4th but it's a happy one with everyone cuddling together in the living room enjoying mom's homemade ice cream...
