The spiritual vision is a combination of reason with feeling and will towards the pure, the high and the holy, to prayer, to the treatment of brothers in spirit.

When, in the light of this spiritual vision, the gaze of a low person sees vanity and pettiness, and often the emptiness and insignificance of earthly attachments and comforts. A glance rises, and the soul opens for faith:
