Life is all about understanding, valuing and knowing how to keep for yourself the best and most beautiful memories, those that have made your heart jump for joy, those that make us smile and shed tears of happiness.

If we stay only in the moments of sadness or anguish our life will turn into a dark and deep black hole, hence, being grateful for each event allows us to see the truly good and wonderful things that happen to us even in the midst of the worst circumstances. In life we must take each stage as a learning process, that which we manage to change or transform is what is truly important. Today people have a greater commitment to our existence and everything around us, this commitment leads us to seek new beginnings, safe places and a lifestyle in harmony with mother earth and each of its inhabitants.

The gratitude and recognition of our own capabilities, strengths, potentialities, limitations and weaknesses leads us to a knowledge of our inner self that connects with the universe, in this process of connection we accept what comes to us by divine and cosmic force as those events in which we must take advantage to learn, grow and continue. Our path through the practice of gratitude allows us to differentiate between things, events and even people that are really valuable and that contribute to our life; likewise, gratitude allows us to say goodbye without pain or suffering of those situations in which our life could no longer move forward.

I am convinced that in the midst of everything that has happened to us as inhabitants of this common home as a result of the pandemic, it also has its good things and for which we also have to be thankful, you may think that perhaps I am confused that I cannot be thankful for this situation of horror (for many) that for two years has kept us in the most absolute confinement, where many of us have experienced in our own flesh the virus and the loss of our loved ones. But if you observe well in your life surely like me in the midst of everything you will also find something to be thankful for, to remember with affection and that will be what will allow you to continue.</div>
