 It is absolutely unspeakable that a something as basic as a viewing a soccer game is taken off the rights of women in today's World. It's amazing how different societies are round the World. I read a post by Taraz two days ago talking about his hotel stay and the meal choice he labeled 'first World problems' and laughed. The thought popped back in my head today though when I think of how legitimately different our dreams, aspirations and values are so dependent on where we find ourselves It is also worth noting that for the most part the nations often looked down on as poor, corrupt, violent prone and so on - are held back by self induced problems largely from bad leadership. Even more fascinating is that globalization can be somewhat considered a success thanks largely to the information age. The World has become smaller, and everyone now has a voice...but whether it's all just noise at the receiving end is the real issue.
