Food Habit and Our Problem

# <center>Intro</center>
Food is an important element of our daily lives. We take food as a basic need to survive in this world. Some people seem to reverse this, meaning that where we say we need food or food to survive, they think survival is for food. That is, all their thoughts and activities are conducted around food.

Food is one of the biggest needs of our life but it is not the only one but food is an element or a very small means of survival. Life is a big thing and its scope is wide. Life has a lot of work, a lot of busyness and a lot to leave on earth. In the midst of all this, food is a very little element of my perception of survival. However, many people say that the war is so unjust in the world because of the need for food.

Doctors say that our food causes many diseases and problems. Although we need food to survive, food is the root cause of most of our diseases. There is a way of life.

### There are basically three mistakes we make when it comes to food.
1. Eating extra food on a full stomach.
2. Frequent meals.
3. Eating unhealthy foods.

## <center>The first problem</center>

Overeating means we eat on a full stomach when we are eating. This is actually a big problem. Let me tell you an incident of history to clear the matter. During the time of our Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) a doctor came to Medina from Egypt for two years and during these two years he returned to Egypt without finding any patients. Later he saw that everyone was following a policy on food intake. Everyone is filling their stomachs with 3 parts, one part food, one time water and another time empty. And by living this way they were much happier and healthier.

Even though we don't do much physical work now, we still eat the food we eat. What we eat is actually extra. When eating food, it is very important that the food is digested or converted into energy. But when we move, we get as much energy as we need from a small amount of food and the rest of the food is stored in different parts of our body as fat which is the cause of our various diseases and problems.

If you look at the people of the present time, it is seen that many of them are less physically fit. He can't walk, he can't ride, he can't ride, he can't swim, he can't swim, he can't swim. People have this problem because of eating habits and living a life without regular exercise. This is a big problem. In order to overcome this, we must exercise a lot and reduce the amount of food so that we can eat as much as we need.

An example is given in such a way that a car is refueled only when it needs to be driven. But when the car doesn't move, we don't refuel the car anymore. In our case when we don't do physical work so we don't need energy we still don't stop eating.


If we can't spend or burn the food we eat then that's the problem for us. If our life was much more physical work then this problem would be reduced to a great extent but in our case it is a problem on both sides. On the one hand, we all sit and work and do not want to work hard, on the other hand, we eat a lot of food with a lot of fat, protein, carbohydrates, etc.

It is important to prioritize two things when it comes to food intake. One is, as I said earlier, to take food by dividing the stomach into three parts. The second is to finish the meal before the appetite is satisfied.


## <center>The second issue</center>
Now let's come to the second issue. We eat many times a day. Have breakfast in the morning, have breakfast once before noon and lunch again at noon. Then we have breakfast again in the afternoon and many times we have breakfast again in the evening and eat dinner again. In between, I continued to eat different foods including tea and snacks for a while. Repeated eating in this way is the main problem. We are not taking a long break from one meal to another. And this long break is really much more important because the food that is there will be digested and burn some extra amount of fat. But when we do not do that, when we are taking food again and again, insulin is coming in the body again and again and the body is trying to move with our food. And by doing so, we do not get a chance to burn excess fat.

## <center>The third issue</center>
This is a big problem. Processed food, adulterated oil, genetically modified food, etc. are all around us now. He said more details about this subject one day later. This is a big problem for our society.
