Hello Everyone, thanks to @steemitblog for the steem cryptochallenge and I will be participating in this as I have been participating in the past. I will be writing about a few coins I have been able to holding as my favorite coins but i will be starting with Binance Coin (BNB)

#### Binance Coin (BNB)
I started buying Binance coin (BNB) gradually since 2019 June and I have been holding the coin and staking the coin on the BNB staking programs.

**Binance coin (BNB)** is Binance exchange native coin. According to coinmarketcap, Binance exchange is the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the world with a daily volume of about $37,981,985,142. The coin is used as an intermediary to exchange fiats and cryoptocurrecies. BNB coin was founded in 2017 by Binance exchange founded by  Changpeng Zhao (CZ). Binance coin (BNB) can be used to pay for transaction fee on the exchange at a discount rate of 25% off, also it has become a major pairing coin on the Binance exchange and on other exchanges. Binance coin can't be mined because it uses the BFT (Byzantine Fault Tolerance) consensus mechanism.


The coin was first launched on the Ethereum blockchain with the Ticker BNB and made available to the public on the 25th of July 2017. Binance coin ICO was done from 01 July 2017 to 21 July 2017 and a total of $15 Million was raised. Binance Coin is sold at $28.04 currently, with a -15.79% drop in price from its previous rise.

### Binance Coin Use Case

Binance coin is more than coin for one purpose, it is a coin wrapped into many purposes. It is a development protocol coin for issuing token and dApps, it serves as a utility token for trading on Binance, other centralized exchange and on Binance dex, it serves as a token for paying fees, it serves as incentives for users who stake it. Binance coin can be used to pay for goods and services and it became more possible with the Binance card.

### Why I Hold Binance Coin
The major reason I hold Binance Coin is because of it multiple purpose which makes it very valuable. Another reason why I hold Binance coin (BNB) is because it circulating coin will continue to reduce as Binance has been burning the coin with 20% of its profit made from transaction fees. Having Binance Coin as a trading pair on several major exchanges as well as on Binance Dex will increase the demand of the coin. When considering the probability of a profit on the blockchain, Binance coin can not be overlooked as it has a lot of project wrapped around it like the Binance Lab, Binance Launchpad, Binance Staking and so on.

### Conclusion
Binance in a year from now should be traded at $50 as there will less tokens in circulation, there will be more uses of BNB coin. Also, I will be like to hold coins like XLM, Monero, OKB, and  HT because these coins are Utility coins and have very wide range of usage. I will be writing about Tron in my next post because a hold Tron coin and many other coins.
