My Actifit Report Card: March 17 2020


Looks like the coronamadness is continuing, saw more people going insane whilst shopping. People fighting over toilet rolls, and nappies!
Panic never solves anything.

Today's training, a short 3 mile walk, a quick hop on the elliptical machine, and a wee weight lifting session.
