超级无敌好吃的土豆卤肉饭

今天老婆做了卤肉饭，超级无敌好吃~！

由于天气闷热，胃口并不是太好。但是这个卤肉饭无论是味道还是色泽都很漂亮，受不了诱惑，瞬间消灭干净

## 附上做法：
---

准备工作比较多：

* 五花肉切小块。最好用肥瘦相间的。

* 紫洋葱切丁。土豆去皮切丁。香菇（蘑菇）切丁。大小最好都一致。

* 姜切片，另外准备，八角，桂皮，香叶，山楂，放在调料袋里。

* 鸡蛋煮熟去皮。

 

过程：

* 炸洋葱，这个是灵魂。必须炸到微黄。不用太多油，比平时炒菜多一点点就可以了。

* 土豆稍微炒一下。

* 不需要油，锅里直接加入五花肉，炒到变色。加入蘑菇，洋葱酥，土豆，翻炒均匀。

* 加入调料：两片生抽，一勺老抽，一勺蚝油，冰糖。然后加入水，没过食材就可以了。煮开。

* 转到铸铁锅里，加入鸡蛋。小火煮40分钟。汤汁粘稠就可以了。出锅前加盐调味。

* 煮饭，烫青菜。摆盘，开吃。
