ROC是哪个国家？
今天看奥运会奖牌榜的时候，发现一个不认识的国家，国家缩写是ROC

我的第一反应是，ROC难道是Republic of China? 但是看旗帜又不像，所以google了一下

原来ROC是Russian Olympic Committee, 俄罗斯奥运委员会

为什么不以俄罗斯参与呢？

查了一下，原来之前俄罗斯被查出运动员大规模使用禁药参加比赛，所以被国际奥委会未全面禁止俄参加东京奥运

俄罗斯为了参加这届奥运只能以俄罗斯奥运委员会的名义参加

虽然可以换个名义参加比赛，但是比赛获胜不能放俄罗斯国歌和升俄罗斯国旗
