It's Sunday, the end of the week for me and here I am, with my actifit report. After yesterday's 10,000 steps today I had to take it easy in order not to endanger the progress I made during the week. 

I had to choose between total rest and a walk and because I had to meet someone anyway, I decided to take a short and slow walk. I'm feeling better but I'm still taking medication, which helps with the pain obviously. 

Tomorrow I'll stop taking medication and see how I'm going to feel. I need to get used to it as I can't take medication forever. I'm not a painkiller junky. Hoping to take a longer walk as it's necessary, so fingers crossed.
