We all know that Coronavirus is sweeping across almost all borders, fear and anxiety have gripped many around the world.
No one seems safe anymore and everyone is searching for methods of protection. In times of crisis, however, the children of God should find encouragement and courage in the promises of God for us that is written in His word.
**PSALM 91:1-16**
> He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. [1]
I will say [2] of the LORD, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust."
Surely he will save you from the fowler's snare and from the deadly pestilence.
He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings, you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.
You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day,
nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday.
A thousand may fall at your side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you.
You will only observe with your eyes and see the punishment of the wicked.
If you make the Highest your dwelling-- even the LORD, who is my refuge--
then no harm will befall you, no disaster will come near your tent.
For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways;
they will lift you up in their hands so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.
You will tread upon the lion and the cobra; you will trample the great lion and the serpent.
"Because he loves me," says the LORD, "I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.
He will call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him.
With long life will I satisfy him and show him my salvation."
This passage is a comfort to all in this period and an alert to each and every one of us that our Hope should only be in Christ because He only is the solid rock.
It is high time we stop looking for help or hope from men or the world and start putting our hope and looking for help from God because only Him can give us hope and peace even in our troubled times.
Our hope should be built on nothing else but Jesus love and righteousness, we can not trust men's predictions or assumptions but we should wholly lean on Jesus' name because He is the solid rock, all other rock will sink us down.

His words have all we need to keep us encouraged and comforted in our troubled times. This Coronavirus period is a trial period, a period where our faith in God will be tried, and all we can do now is pray to God and keep our hope in Him. We should be more vigilant and make sure our heart is guarded and checked at all times.
With Hope, there is a possibility we can achieve so much more. That’s why you never give up on Hope. Because it’s all we have to keep us fighting.
**1 Thessalonians 5:16-18**
> Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you”.
There is hope for each and every one of us in our troubled times, so don't give up. So, during this difficult time, let's do all we can to bless others, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
