Erodium cicutarium - Would you eat it?

It is cute right? 
Did you also know that **Erodium cicutarium** is edible? I didn't try it. I just found out about it now. It meant to taste like parsley and you can eat the leaves, the flowers...everything! The roots are good for stomachaches. 
But as always - check it all yourself and don't eat something you are not sure of!

I found it near the beach, but I have been seeing it (and lots of similar cousins) all around the lawns and roadsides now. They bloom and bloom with the purple or more pink flowers. 
They belong to the big and happy **Geranium** family.
