Erişteli Yoğurt Çorbası

Erişteli yoğurtlu çorba fakat adının çorba olduğuna bakmayın oldukça doyurucu hatta tek başına bile yeterli olabilir. Nohut önceden haşlanmış olursa oldukça da pratik bir tarif.
 Gereken malzemeler :

1 bardak haşlanmış nohut
1 paket tavuk yada et bulyon
Tuz
1 bardak erişte
1 bardak yoğurt
1 kaşık un
1.5 kaşık tereyağı
1 kaşık  nane 

Öncelikle bol suda  erişteleri haşlayalım. İçinde biraz su olacak şekilde bırakalım. İçine haşlanmış nohudu atıp birlikte biraz daha pişirelim. Bir kasede yoğurdu ve unu  iyice çırpalım. Çorbanın suyundan alıp yoğurdun üstüne biraz ekleyelim. Tekrar çırpıp  çorbaya ekleyelim. Unun kokusu gidecek kadar pişirip ocağı kapatalım. Bir tavada tereyağını eritip içine nane atalım ve çorbaları kaselere koyunca üzerine ekleyelim. Sıcak sıcak harika oluyor ;) Afiyet olsun.
