<p><div class="text-justify">The story begins, where a former Special Tactics And Rescue Service member named Jill Valentine, attempts to escape from Raccoon City. Because he saw, if most of the city's population, has turned into a zombie due to an outbreak. On his way to the Raccoon Town Police Department, he met with another team member Brad Vickers. In addition to Brad Vickers, Jill also met with three members of UBCS's namely Carlos, Mikhail and Nikolai. There Nikolai explained to Jill and Carlos to contact a rescue helicopter as they made it to the Town Clock Tower. However, on their way to the tower, David suddenly gets news if Nikolai is killed. Meanwhile, Nemesis with the remaining members of his group, trying to catch them into the tower. <p><div class="text-justify">Jill indeed managed to defeat Nemesis, but unfortunately he soon fainted due to the influence of the Virus. Carlos, who found Jill in an unconscious state, took him straight to the safe place inside the Tower. After a few days, Carloss managed to find a cure to treat the infection caused by the virus in the Hospital. He immediately injected the bidder with a vaccine, and managed to save David. When Jill realizes, he immediately heads to Raccoon Park and there he is surprised to see that Nikolai is still alive. Shortly, Nikolai and Jill rush to Raccoon City to collect data about the battle of the bio-organic creature project. There, Nikolai and Jill are confronted with creatures similar to the giant worm. Jill also managed to defeat the creature and fled to the factory behind the park.
