Hey peepz!

*This post is basically my own personal shout out to one of the best ways I've seen in a long time, to build connections with and get to know your fellow steemians. The "Resteem Radio Show" on Discord.*

In case you weren't aware, **Discord** is a voice-and-text chat application that's been around for quite a while now. However, its main function back in the day, used to be primarily for gamers to communicate with each other. Though many didn't even know the software even existed.

Well, all that has changed now as it has become a central hub almost, for like minded steemians to congregate and mingle with one another, in real time. There are numerous servers available *(such as @fyrstikken's "Steemspeak")* but the one I most find myself in is on the "Peace, Abundance, Liberty" server. It hosts a continuous stream dedicated to new as well as old school steemians, called "MSP *(Minnow Support Project)* Waves."

Loads of radio shows take place on here, such as "The Resteem Radio show" and @pennsif's "Life in 8 Songs." The former is run by @ma1neevent, together with co-host @poeticsnake, and featuring two to three guests every week *(Wednesday, 10pm UTC for 2 hours)*. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of hearing my long-term steemian pal @exyle, conduct an awesome interview on there. Myself and my wife @rea, also joined for dual interviews the week before, which was such a fastastic experience all round. The presenter duo works unbelievably well, exhibiting professionalism and charisma all the way through. Massive respect and gratitude to the both of them. Be sure to check out their shows when you can.

And of course @pennsif's "Life in 8 Songs" is a unique and creative concept, brought to life on Discord. The theme is a summation of a steemian's life in 8 meaningful tracks within their life. Symbolisms of personal events held close to their hearts, that are recounted and replayed for us all to enjoy. The time schedule of this show is 9pm UTC on Thursday's and are a "must listen" to get to know your fellow steemians a little more. Again, my wife and I have also appeared on the show and had a great time doing so.

*Well, Steemit is an ever expanding universe of diverse communities and beautiful people. I seriously can't believe how far we've all come on this astounding platform. And "MSP Waves Radio" seems to add yet another fresh layer of real-time content that just keeps on giving!*
