I hope you all are doing well and you will find my today post with best health. I took so many time to learn about the rules and regulations of this platform and after gaining guidelines now I am writing this post in which I am going to upload my review on Bollywood darama film "3- idiots". As I mentioned in my first achievement post that I am serving as a lecturer in a college thats why I decided to upload this review because the whole theme of the movie revolves around the education system and the problems faced by those students who belongs to lower class families .I hope my this contribution will be admired and appreciated.

Coming to the point three idiots is an Indian comedy drama film which was written and directed by Raj kumar Hirani .this movie was released in 2009 with running time of 171 minutes . The budget of the film was 77,00,00,000 .While the world wide box office earning of the film was 3,49,10,35,000 . Moreover this movie had the several records including highest opening day collection and highest net collection in first week in the history of bollywood movies.
# Plot and theme of the film
The story of the film revolves around the cruel education system and ratta system (learning without concepts ) of south asian countries where the parents label their newborn child as a doctor, scientists , and engineers ,and the children spend their whole lives in achieving their so called goal. This story is also about three students who enrolled into a prestigious engineering college of Delhi ,Ranchu ,Farhan and Raju.Ranchu is the most extraordinary student who was studying to got an engineering degree for the son of landlord .in reality he was forced to get that degree .After entering the college he became friend of Farhan and Raju who were also the children of middle class families. farhan wanted to become a wildlife photographer but under his family pressure he was bound to study engineering. due to his parents miss lead ambition he sacrificed his dreams. While on the other hand Raju who belongs to a poor family and was studying to sport his family. Engineering was not according to his taste but he was struggling with it to achieve a good carrier.

The college environment was very stressful. it was like a prision where students were not allowed to apply their free will. They had to study in accordance with rules of the system. The most tragic sceen of the movie is that in which a student name "joy lobo" committed suicide under the pressure of the study when he failed to summit his final project within deadline and the director of ICE Mr viru sahastrabudhi "virus" told him that he will not receive his graduation degree this year.

Joy lobo become frustrated and committed suicide. on his Funeral ceremony "Rancho" Blames "virus" for the suicide of "joy lobo" by saying that he is responsible for the murder of the "joy lobo". He further said that education must not be like pressure cooker and teachers must behave like teachers not dictators. after the death of "Joy Lobo", "Rancho" advised his friends to pursue conceptual study and condemned rata system (learn without understanding). He advice Raju to come out of all his fears and phobias, Raju is a cranky fellow who always complaines about the financial condition of his family. his father is ill and on death bed. While he has an 28-year-old un-married sister. Raju wears rings and amulets to bring good luck but in vain. He worships different goddesses to pass the exam but that did not work. While the case of Farhan is not different from Raju he was studying engineering to please his parents but when Rancho Come to know that he wanted to become a wildlife photographer, he secretly posted his already written letter to his favorite photographer ,and he got a surprise at the end of this story when he was offered a good job by his favorite photographer. Rancho not only solve the problem of Farhan about achieving his dream but also played the role of mediator by convincing the parents of Farhan in achieving his dream.

Turning point of the movie is that night when they drunk and Rancho told the Farhan about his passion and also Raju about his fear from God. then they bet to Rancho to propose the "Pia" ,younger daughter of virus, in exchange for giving up their fears. They went to director house where Rancho successfully proposes the Pia and the other two urinate on virus gate. Virus saw the raju and next morning ask him to come to Director office, where he ask him to type his termination letter for his father . Raju could not bear that and he committed suicide.

Fortunately due to care and love of his friends he recover soon. After facing death he becomes fearless , bold and courageous. He was also given the job due to his developed personality and attitude. The most favorite dialogue of mine was that when one of the interviewer ask Raju that "you have a lot of attitude" . He answered "I got this attitude after breaking of both of my arms and legs , I will keep my attitude you will keep your job" . At this the interviewer was surprised and compelled to give him job.

In this way both Raju and Farhan become successful after giving up their fears. At the end the movie become more interesting after the arrival of "Chatur". He was a funny guy and was also a victim of rata system and rancho torture . He returns from abroad after 5 years to show his success to Rancho. Chatur becomes a successful scientist and came to India to sign a deal with renowned scientists funsuk Wangaru. At the same time he came to know that Rancho is serving as a school teacher. Chatur made fun of him by radiculitis him as a school teacher. On the way to Shimla, he bullied Raju and Farhan by saying that your friend is a school teacher and I am a scientist and I'm going to sign a deal with famous scientists of the word after that I will be more successful. but at the end he was surprised to know that Rancho himself was the scientist with whom he was going to sign the deal, in this way he was again befooled by the naughty Rancho who's real name was Funsuk Wangaru.

He was very happy with his life. He turned the whole village into a practical lab where the kids were learning and performing experiments in real life. in the end we concluded that he device new method of learning and system of education which is completely different from the education system of South Asian countries.
# Learning from this movie
Coming to conclusions, I want to say that "3-Idiots" movie is an artistic Piece and remarkable blockbuster movie. I have seen this film more than four times. Everytime I watched this movie, it inspired me alot to choose the right path in my educational as well as professional career. This movie inspires his viewers to see and live the life in a realistic way.
1- The character of Farhan tells us that one should lives the life of his dreams and should never compromise on them
2- while the character of Raju teaches us that one should not be afraid of unnecessary fears and should be courageous to accept any challenge with open heart.
3- while Rancho gives us a unique lesson like one should explore the hidden aspects of one's life and also the purpose of education should be learning in an interesting way rather than a stressful way.
