Today I want to meet you with a taste that I met in Erzurum that we went to the theater during the Universities Winter Olympics in 2010.

Years later, with the excitement of finding the same taste in Istanbul, I went to Hattad in Sirkeci.
This chicken turn is special, and more precisely in the secret sauce.
As it is understood from the name, HATAY'S BREAKFAST MILLS RUNS SOAKLY.

It was just made out of chicken. But this time I saw the meat turn and tasted it. But the chicken turns more sweet.
No such flavor.

When you look at the menu you will see that the prices are cheap. Eat plenty.
Do not be hungry if you are the one to tell me. One dürüm is enough.

Bugün sizi 2010 yılının Aralık ayında Üniversitelerarası Kış olimpiyatları bünyesinde okullarda tiyatro yapmak için gittiğimiz Erzurum’da tanıştığım bir lezzet ile buluşturmak istiyorum. 

Yıllar sonra aynı tadı İstanbul’da bulabilmenin verdiği heyecanla Sirkeci’deki Hattad dönere gittim. Adından da anlaşılacağı üzere anlatacağım bir döner, tavuk döner. 

Ne varmış altı üstü bir tavuk döner demeyin, gidin bir deneyin. Bana hak vereceksiniz, eğer beğenmezseniz paranız iade :)))
Bu tavuk döneri özel kılan ve daha doğrusu işin sırrı sosunda. 

Adından da anlaşılacağı üzere HATAY’IN MEŞHUR ÇILGIN SOSLU DÖNERİ.

Bu sadece tavuktan yapılıyordu. Ancak bu sefer et döneri de görünce onunda tadına baktım. Arkadaşlar açık söyleyeyim tavuk dönerin tadını et dönerde alamadım.

Herhangi bir dönerciye gitsem, tavuk dönerin yüzüne dahi bakmam ama buraya geldiğim zaman özellikle tavuk döner yemek zorunda kalıyorum.

Yok böyle lezzet.

Fiyatları simit çaya göre biraz daha pahalı. Yani gayet ucuz, gidin ve yiyin. 

Benim gibi aç gözlülük yapmayın. Ayıptır söylemesi birinciyi bitirdim, ne mümkün nefis doymuyor. Mide de kapasite belli. Baktım etrafta gençler var. Bir döner daha söyledim, ikiye kestirip yarısını öğrenci forması hala üzerinde olan gence verdim. (ikna etmek biraz zor oldu ama hallettim) Bu sayede de yarısını çöpe atmak zorunda kalıp israf etmemiş oldum. 

Benden söylemesi siz siz olun aç gözlülük yapmayın. Bir tane dürüm yeter.
