The Bucket List Shot

There aren't many people stupid / daft / crazy enough to stand in a 40mph wind with a windchill factor of about -12 degrees C in the middle of nowhere shooting traffic trails in the dark. But @fadetoblack and I were those people!

Shot in one exposure, this was lit by moonlight. We did try one or two shots with me driving up and down the hill with a LED Lenser X21r2 strobing in the back of the car but it appeared a bit overexposed and was somewhat dangerous driving back up the hill again!!

This image was created in one photographic exposure and is not a Photoshop creation. The camera used was a Sony A7 full frame camera with a Sony Zeiss 16-35mm lens. The camera settings were f5.6, ISO200 and 133 seconds.

About me: I specialise in shooting lightpainting images all in one photographic exposure which involves different elements with different lenses and tripods.
