## Dear brothers and sisters in Christ

The Apostle Paul in (Ephesians 4:26-27) calls me to reflect on the fact that I must master my character and that I must not allow myself to be carried away by the setbacks that arise throughout the day in my differences with other brothers or by the situations that this living. Certainly we live in an environment in which we can easily fall into despair and anguish of not being able to solve situations, whether emotional or of a material order, so I can fall into the temptation that these problems dominate my life and lose the peace that Christ granted to me at the time of my conversion.

Today we see that many families suffer from the separation of marriage, which leads to situations in which the most defenseless are affected, such as children, in such life situations the responses of anger management by the parents are In unmanageable situations, these cases require a commitment from both spouses to agree to be tolerant with the other and to reach reconciliation agreements so as not to affect the children. This is just one example of situations where a person's anger leads to undesirable situations.

Even Christ, before closing his eyes and dying on the Cross, asked the father to forgive his oppressors. His testimony vivifies each one of us knowing that the daily situations that we may be going through that lead us to anger do not mean anything before the suffering suffered by our Redeemer. By taking Christ as the Savior and Redeemer of our lives, he leads us to a life of peace and harmony with our brothers and sisters and the situations of life, since leaving our life in Him we will have the consolation of His mercy.

My prayer today is for the Peace of the world that the leaders of the nations are consistent with their responsibilities and lead their nations in the path indicated by God, avoiding wars and confrontations. I ask it in the name of Jesus Christ Our Lord.
