After a few days Beatriz, once reconciled with her husband David due to the misunderstanding of Miguel's murder, received a notification from a judge to appear to testify in court.
Meanwhile, her lawyer had been collecting evidence from the eyewitnesses of the event, present the afternoon of the fateful incident, he had discovered a pattern that was related to Miguel, who despite the years he had been out of town had enemies, one of whom was David; Peter, one of those present that day, who called out for David to stop also turned out to be suspect.
The police agents had not yet elucidated the riddle of what had happened, so the case until that moment continued to point to Beatriz as the intellectual author.

A los pocos días Beatriz, una vez reconciliada con su esposo David debido al malentendido del asesinato de Miguel, recibió una notificación de un juez para comparecer a declarar ante el tribunal.

Mientras tanto, su abogado había ido recopilando pruebas de los testigos presenciales del hecho, presentes la tarde del fatídico incidente, había descubierto un *patrón* que estaba relacionado con Miguel, quien a pesar de los años que llevaba fuera de la ciudad tenía enemigos, uno de los cuales era David; Peter, uno de los presentes ese día, que llamó a David para que se detuviera también resultó ser sospechoso.

Los agentes policiales aún no habían dilucidado el enigma de lo sucedido, por lo que el caso hasta ese momento seguía apuntando a Beatriz como la autora intelectual.
