Climate change is massively important to the world on a global scale right now.  The effects of climate change have been far-reaching, and often detrimental, and the research garnered has shown that the time is now for a change in the way energy resources are used.  The need for renewable, sustainable and environmentally friendly and safe energy resources has become massive, and renewable energy needs to be cost effective as well as climate effective to be able to be afforded by all.  Climate change is not just one country’s problem.  It is a worldwide problem, on a global scale. The ZERO carbon project has a two-part solution that looks at the way in which to utilize the cohesive, coherent and transparent nature of blockchain technology, and harness the potential to be able to allow consumers to save money, and earn rewards from their token project. The ZERO carbon project also allows energy suppliers the ability to utilize what they offer up as ‘international Carbon Credits’ – a way that subsidisation of carbon emission projects os encouraged – to be able to increase the viability of these and other carbon emission reducing projects, thus giving back on a global scale.  Implementing these measures ensures the future of the global energy, market, as we all know, traditional fossil fuel is not an infinite resource, and the need for renewable and affordable energy is immense.
