Hello dear friends, I hope you are very well, I think we all at some point have been victims of the opinion of others, and it really is something that we should all eliminate from our lives, we are all different and unique, and we should not care about the opinion of someone else if we feel good about ourselves.

As long as we do things right and feel happy with the things we do others should take a back seat. We are the most important and most people always want to make us feel less, make destructive criticisms and only think about their own good and not others. So we must take care of our self-esteem.

Así que podemos seguir las siguientes recomendaciones para lograr dejar las opiniones ajenas atrás:

First of all, we are not a golden coin to please everyone, not everyone will like us, there are simply people who are not compatible with us and that's it, we must take it into account, instead of paying attention to them we must love ourselves more and fill ourselves with positive affirmations.

Second, LIVE YOUR LIFE WITHOUT THINKING ABOUT WHAT OTHER PEOPLE WILL SAY, focus on what you want and forget that you have to please others. Don't raise the expectations of others towards you, simply ignore them unless they bring constructive criticism towards you.

INVEST YOUR TIME WITH PEOPLE WHO ADMIRE AND LOVE YOU, people who do not annul you and who do not affect you psychologically, who do not take away your energy, but on the contrary, who want the best for you.

LOVE AND VALUE YOURSELF AS YOU DO WITH YOUR BEST FRIENDS, that love and more is what you should give to yourself.  We are the most important people in our lives.

Many times people project what they are, they project the things they need to eliminate from their lives, for example, envy, some just want to make others feel bad. So don't worry, live your life no matter what they will say, worry about being unique, being a better person and being happy!!!!

one of the things i believe, is that we are an average of the ten people that surround us. this means that the people that surround you will generally determine how you are, if you surround yourself with people that do not contribute anything to your life you will end up depressed. the greatest principle of love that we have is to know how to take care of ourselves and motivate ourselves.

Very good topic the one you deal with in the post. Something we must do is to accept ourselves as we are, with our qualities and defects, no one knows what you live more than yourself so the opinions of others should only be taken if they come from people who really appreciate and value you, the rest ignore if they are not constructive opinions. Maybe when we are young we are more impacted but then we discard what does not contribute to us.
