One Yeti's Perspective #348: Speaking With Purpose

Have you ever found yourself having a conversation with someone that doesn't convey an idea well. Maybe it is giving directions or establishing expectations. Maybe it is simply trying to have a conversation about your day.

There are many things that we try to communicate with others. In today's modern world there are even more ways to connect than ever before. The downside is...we are loosing the ability to complete our own thoughts. 

Maybe it is the increased texting, emailing, and lack of eye contact. More and more I am witnessing incomplete thoughts and trailing off while talking. There is close to no eye contact, and some even prefer to only text. 

Is there a human side to communication that we are losing, or is it just a skill that isn't being learned?
