Dear Negative Energy,

In the midst of the whole world feeling like it's on the verge of collapse, while my family is sorting out our next move in May, and my digital world continues to shift and change...one thing has become abundantly clear...

# <center>It's you...not me...and it's time to break up.</center>

My good, positive energy is running on a deficit. 

Wherever I turn, there is fear and doubt, and each day has brought a new set of challenges, most of which have nothing to do with me, and there is nothing I can do about them. So, it's like getting hit in the face with a pie around every corner. Sure, I can wipe off the mess and move forward, but how many times can you get hit in the face for no reason before you take a step back and ask if maybe a new path would be helpful?

It all started this morning. I was cruising my digital space and realized that I don't have to be apart of anything doesn't serve me. Crap, I could probably let the Yeti handle @innerblocks for awhile if I needed, but I didn't go that far. I did decide that if anything felt like it was draining me, I could simply tell it good-bye. 

## <center>There is a fine line between being informed and taking on too much.</center>

It's easy to justify filling your day with data because this is how we make decisions, but where do you draw the line? Is it really data if it's the same thing over and over again? How many times do I need to hear that people are scared about the Pandemic, or how many people hate Justin Sun? How many pies can I take? 

I'm not sure, but I'm actively reducing the paths I take to get there. 

It'll be a little harder to hit this chick in the face!

# <center>Self-care is Critical</center>

As @riverflows would agree....Yoga Everyday! 

But there were things that needed to be sorted as critical, and not critical first. Feeding my family daily, critical. Making sure the kids are doing school, critical. Organizing a clean home, critical. Reading line after line of negative feedback, not critical. Watching people judge and tear each other apart, not critical.  Seeing panic and mayhem, not critical.  

Choices started becoming really clear, and my path started to light up a little more. 

The world is hard enough at times without adding unnecessary hardships, and I'm no good to anyone if I feel depleted by the the unnecessaries. 


 

I need to reignite my light...my excitement...my passion for life. 

My digital world has drained me, my physical world has drained me....and now it is time to detox and take back what is mine. 

To everyone who may read this, as you continue on your day, remember, the people around you can only take what you give them. 

And to anyone who might have been drained by my negative energy, I apologize. As you can see, we've broken up.
