That is impossible. Poloniex is cutting off communication in all forms. They claimed to shut down the troll box to devote staff to providing more support, but if you contact support about the Steem issue, or the reason why bitcoin transactions are taking as long as 10 days to complete, <b>support doesn't respond</b>.

Let me ask you where do you think people would communicate with one another to alleviate their concerns about Poloniex issues and the potential loss of their holdings?
