<center><h1>I don't like working anymore. What can I do about it.</h1></center>

<center><h1>What is my problem?</h1></center>

Is it Burn-out?
Too much overwork and do everything for your boss. 
You still think about your work during holiday.
I have less problems with burn-out. I think I can pretty well separate private and work. (Most of the time).
Sometimes I feel like saying to my boss fuck you, but I keep it to myself.

There is now also something like Bore-out.
I think I have more of a bore-out. Boredom in my job. Monotonous and always the same.
It will be a routine job and I would like something new every day.
As if you want to eat something new  and don't have to swallow the same meal every day.
I try to break through this by coming up with something myself, at work or at home, that can bring a little change to my job.
However, this does not take long. The next week I'm back in the same routine.
The holidays and weekends are too short.

<center><h1>Boss and colleagues!</h1></center>
The boss doesn't do much to help you out of this routine. On the contrary, everything is going well and you have to continue to do so.
Someone has to do the job!
I also see my colleagues complaining lately. In the meantime, 3 have already found another job and leaving the company.
Still others also think about it. I myself for a while.
I admit it, sometimes I use steemit at work. Why?
I also regularly see others use surfing social media , even the bosses.
There is work enough but probably not challenging anymore.

<center><h1>Which way can I go?</h1></center>

I want to change work, but .....
There are jobs that I would like to do, and why not?
When I find the job, they prefer younger people or is usually too far away.
I don't want to change , because of my age and the heavy traffic.

I can also wait for my pension or maybe retire early.
Waiting for my pension will last at least 10 years.
I could do what I want, but ....
Early retirement has a financial disadvantage.
I still have 10 years to go and I would like to experience this without any or little stress.

Another option?

New start abroad.

Me and my wife have found a place on earth where it is quiet to live.
I could start my own business there that I would like.
To sell our house here to buy another one.
I think this option is still good, but there is a small stumbling block.
My father-in-law is the only one we still have and doesn't want to move to another place.
So we wait !









By the way: I have written this text at work, a matter of inspiration.
I should go back to work now.
