Receta #18: Deliciosas arepas andinas

!!Holas!!

Feliz sábado a todos, les quiero compartir una receta que me encanta y que alterno entre las arepas de maíz del desayuno, son las arepas andinas.


Ingredientes:
- Medio kilo de harina de trigo leudante o todo uso.
- 2 cucharadas de mantequilla o 2 cucharadas de aceite.
- 1 taza de papelón líquido.
- 1 pizca de sal.
- 1 huevo.
- Agua o leche (una taza).
- 1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear si no tienes la harina leudante.

Haz un volcán con la harina y vas uniendo los ingredientes hasta formar una masa que se despegue de los dedos, el agua es bueno usarla tibia al igual que el papelón. 

Dejas reposando la masa con una paño durante una hora.

Y luego haces bolitas para aplastarla con el rodillo y las asas en el budare.

Estas arepas son muy ricas y tradicionalmente se comen con mantequilla y queso.
