[이슈] 양계장 농민시위 무엇이 문제인지?

연말...그렇게 큰 사건사고는 온수관 뉴스 빼놓고는 별로 없긴한데..최근에 양계장농민들 시위가 있엇습니다..

사실 계란이야 가정에서 주로먹는 단백질공급원이기에 상당히 민감한 음식문제이죠.
계란의 생산지표시가 얼마전부터 있었는데요 아래처럼요.

그게 이제 생산일자도 표시하게끔 바뀌게된겁니다..
그래서 농민들이 시위를 한건데요..
소비자입장에서 보면 오히려 더클린해지는 효과가 있다고 생각되는데...왜 농민들은 시위를할까요?

간단히 생각해보면 이기주의라고밖에 생각이 안들죠...당연 생산일자가 표기가 되야 유통기한을 제대로 알고 소비할수 있기 때문이죠..
보통 계란의유통기한이 표시된날부터 일주일정도라고 알고 있습니다...
상당히 짧은 편이죠...냉장고에 넣어놔도 2주안에는 섭취하는게 맞을겁니다...
근데 문제는 계란에 표기된 날짜가 생산일자가 아니라는데 있습니다...
보통 유통업자들이나 중간 판매상이 포장을 하게되는데...포장일로부터 7일이라는데 있는거죠.
닭이 알을 난 날이 아니라는데 있는겁니다..

지금같은 추운 겨울엔 그나마 유통이 길어져도 문제가 없지만 여름에는 정말 계란 조심해야하죠..
유통업자가 중간판매업하시는분들이 계란을 바로바로 수거해가는게 아니고 보통 일주일이나 열흘에 한꺼번에 가져간다고하니...그중간은 유통기한이 날라가는 그런게 있는겁니다...
여기서 정부가 생각해낸것이 산란일 표시이죠...

산란일표시도 장난친다면야 장난을 치겠지만...이제 양계농민이나 유통업자나 중간판매상이 부담이 늘어난건 맞을겁니다..
예전엔 그냥 쌓아두었다가 팔면 되는걸 이젠 산란일까지 표기하면 오래된건 당연 안팔리고 폐기되겠죠...

지금도 계란에 표시된게 닭이 알을낳고 며칠만에 먹는 달걀이 아니란거는 유심있게 생각하지 않으면 지나치기 십상인데...이런 시위를 통해서 저도 새롭게 느꼇습니다..
산란일이라는게 중요하다는것을...
저도 보통 한판씩 계란을 사는편인데 15개정도로 줄여야겠습니다...매일 달걀을 먹는것도 아닌데 
냉장고에 넣어두었다가 2주를 넘기는경우도 종종 있었거든요..
여튼 먹거리가 안전해야 함은 당연한거 같습니다..
