In the past only companies with good capital were able to design dedicated hardware for video games. This is something that, over the years, has been adapted to independent users who want to make their own console or modify an existing one.

We owe this in part to constant updates in technology, which has allowed the design of different hardware that is more accessible to many people, allowing the imagination to reach levels that in the past were impossible to think about.

Nowadays thanks to certain microcomputers it is possible to realize the console of your dreams, usually it is a multimedia center capable of running an infinity of emulators, however, some people have reached another level, creating really interesting consoles.

This is one of the smallest portable consoles in the world. Its design is oriented to take it as a key ring and to be able to use it at any time, besides giving you the possibility of playing several consoles, among them we can find the classic Game Boy, Nes, Snes or Game Boy Advance.

The Keymu is not for sale, however, its creator published a web page where you can find all the steps to take to create it as well as the source code without any cost.

# <center>Nintendo 64 SP</center>

As its name suggests, this is a handheld console with a design very similar to the Game Boy SP, but with the peculiarity of loading video games from the Nintendo 64 through the original cartridges, allowing to play all its catalogue in a native way, without harming anything of the experience transmitted by the original console.

For the creation of the N64SP, an original motherboard from a Nintendo 64 was used, cut out in such a way that it does not affect the main operation of its processor, separate controllers were adapted to accommodate a controller, an internal battery that allows a duration of two hours and finally a hinge from a Nintendo 3DS was used in order to have the option to close or open the screen.

# <center>World's Smallest Gamecube</center>

This curious console was created in April 2019 and is considered the smallest GameCube in the world with original hardware, that is, it is not a computer with an emulator. It is a modified and cut Nintendo Wii mini board leaving the main elements for its operation.

Modified 3.5 headphone jacks were used with a GameCube controls input to reduce the space where the controls are placed. The aesthetics of the mini console respect everything about the original Game Cube. There's only one in the world and at the moment its creator doesn't plan to sell it.
