It would seem that the "NEW" category in Steemit would just need to put all posts in order received. The newest ones would be on top and the older ones would be pushed down to the bottom. I wrote a post and was watching the new category when it appeared that there was a gap of about 20 minutes. One post said it was done 4 minutes ago and the next post said 25 minutes. I checked later and that gap seemed to disappear. It makes me wonder about the veracity of the Steemit posting system. What is happening? Has anyone else seen this?
