Not so, as number of votes increases the value of minnow votes increase and become quite powerful. the author benefits greatly... the bandwagon voter does not.

but it will be not proportionate right ? if a post has 2 whales votes and is already at 1000$ and then 1000 minnows vote on it will certainly rise in value more than another post has 2 minnows vote and is then voted by 1000 minnows ?
