I wasn't born in the 17th or 18th century but I wished I was, so explain better what has really changed then and now.

Either you were given birth to before Rome was built or five (5) minute ago, the most important thing is you've or you are passing through this world.

Most times, I wonder what has really changed in this world from ancient time till the 21st century.

From the inception of the human race, we are known to have a purpose and we only bring them to reality so we can add to the world.

What has really changed over time
---

At times, I wonder if people who lived thousands of years ago had eyes, ears, legs, and brain, I used to wonder if they used to eat, drink and sleep since we do the same in the 21st century, but the answer is YES they do.

Curiosity always leads me to ask if they were the poor, the rich and the average class people thousands of years ago? and the answer is YES.

Every thing that exists in the universe, everything thing that Man created or discovered has its purpose. The sun serves a light, heat and source of food for plants (Tell me you know about photosynthesis). When Thomas Edison invented light, he did that because he had a purpose in mind, if not a continuous failure should have deterred him from achieving success. Years passed, and the main purpose of creating the bulb is still the major reason for its existence.

The most amazing of it all is the Television, after several changes in shape, size and colour, it still functions base on its intention of creation.

60 secs to 60 minute to 24 hours and then 365 days, Tick Tock... Time has never changed in its purpose Neither has the calendar stopped showing days and dates.

Civilization has made the world beautiful, but it has never changed purpose, rather it has made it easy to attain and fulfil a purpose.

If all this thing created by a *Homo sapien* (Intelligent Man) serve their purpose, then what about you? what difference do you make to your small community, what have or do you have to add to the world.

Do you impact your world? if you do, then do you impact it positively or negatively. The difference between Man and the things he made is the ability to make choices and decisions.

Are you aware of how your daily actions and words impacts and influence others?

Are you making the impact you want to make everywhere you go? Do you turn sand into diamonds?

When my electric bulb becomes obsolete or spoilt, I feel its impact, which is its purpose. Do people also feel your impact when you are not in their midst?

Adding value to people is one virtue that so many of us lack, So many of us fail to inspire ourselves and others to do make a difference.

For me to make a difference in my world, I have promised myself to always.

* Dedicate my entire self to what gives my life meaning and purpose.

* I have decided to always invest my time and energy into what can be, Into making a difference.

* I have engrossed myself into continuous learning

* I have learned to make people feel my absence more than my presence. When you make impact, people will feel your presence but they will feel your absence more
