Hello everyone,
Welcome to the second edition of my top 3 project hope post, the last time I wrote this post there was a large community called steem but as at the time of writing, we now have two large community Hive and Steem. Since I am a member of @project.hope and the community has decided to remain with the both chain, then I am going to be staying here with more so, I love steem as a home and Hive as a family.

Like in the post, it is said that salary is like fuel to the employee as they use it to push life activities when they consume it. In the post, the write talked about paying above the minimum wage but not paying excessively to put the company finance at risk. Also, it laid emphasis on not over paying and underpaying workers and how to know if an employee is being overpaid or underpaid.

In the post, the writer tries to explain why most business owners do not know how they do their expenses or how the money gets exhausted every time they make sales and do their accounting. In the post, it emphasized on monitoring hoe the inflow and outflow of money in a company goes else you might start having to get loans to pay taxes and pay workers salary.
