   Hoy Ana  amaneció un poco baja de energía, se preocupó pues siempre estaba activa y en vista de que las consultas médicas eran excesivamente costosas, apeló por el doctor de las mayorías, Google.

Es increíble lo que se encuentra al colocar al menos un síntoma de los que presentas, pensó,  es un océano de información que definitivamente hay que filtrar pues si no, necesitaré luego un psiquiatra y rió para sus adentros jajaja

Después de buscar y leer por horas decidió prepararse un jugo de naranja natural, sin agua ni azúcar para recargas sus fuerzas y se sintió bastante mejor, el cuerpo no está igual siempre y a veces solo me está pidiendo descanso, y yo preocupándome tanto, se dijo seriamente.

Buscó en su gaveta donde había guardado la membresía del grupo Xiaomi al que hace tiempo no asistía, recordó que allí le brindaban terapia de relajación, yoga y masajes; además de que todos los miembros se conocían desde hace algún tiempo y podía sentirse entre amigos y sin estrés. Al fin la encontró y llamó para renovarla, así que decidió que mañana mismo iría a relajarse del estrés diario y a equilibrar su energía y sus chakras.

Haz cada día cosas que te gusten que te animen, que te hagan sentir feliz, así cada día de tu vida será maravilloso y al final tendrás una vida feliz, no dejes que las circunstancias adversas cambien tu esencia y tu esencia es ser feliz.

Esta es mi participación para el concurso de la  amiga  @sandupi de la comunidad Steem Sri Lanka quien esta semana nos trae un reto muy original, dos en uno,  hay que resolver un crucigrama que nos dará 20 palabras, luego hay que hacer un escrito usando al menos 5 de esas palabras, que tal? Les cuento que no resolví todas las palabras, pero me divertí muchísimo buscando y aún sigo haciéndolo, espero completarlo, esta genial el reto.

Hee hee.. this is really true ha? I thought only me. 🤭 it is easy to search symptoms in google and understand what's wrong. If it is a critical issue call the doctor and else google is the doctor. But it is not good sometimes.

That's  correct. Some days I also wake up with little energy when the early day I tiered up with works. But a little craft work or outdoor activity bring me to the mode back.

I highly appreciate your courage to filling the puzzel and submitting it. Actually we got some learning from this experiment. 😍 If you felt any inconvenience sorry about that. But I believe we have to jump to the water to see the depth. We'll try to find solutions for issues that we identified during this puzzel challenge ❤

Hola amiga, gracias por toda tu paciencia y los inconvenientes tal vez son de mi computadora o mios que noy muy diestra en la tecnologia jajaja pero rendirse jamas jajaja.
La internet es muy buena si se sabe usar, pero hay personas que se vuelven paranoicas buscando sintomas y hasta se diagnostican.
Ha sido un gusto participar en sus concursos, lo del idioma resulto chevere porque a pesar de que no complete las 20 palabras me dedique a investigar las que no conocia y sus posibles significados, estuvo genial, felicitaciones.
