 <p>Koh Samui government hospital is right by the side of the ocean and if you're lucky enough, you may even get a sea view from your hospital bed should you be unlucky enough to be admitted there!</p><p>At one time, it appears they had a hospital ambulance boat but it has obviously seen better days.</p><p>Sad really as it must have been expensive and looks pretty modern. Can't find out about it's story but if they don't want it, I know someone who could renovate it ;-)</p>
