Danke. Im Moment plagt mich noch ein unschöner Infekt, Husten, Schnupfen, Stimme weg... . Hab mich Angesteckt. Mein Immunsystem ist noch untrainiert, fängt jeden Rotz ein, wie bei einem Kleinkind...

Mist! Wir haben uns zu lange vor sämtlichen Viren geschützt, dadurch wird das Immunsystem zum Weichei. Ich bin davor zum Glück irgendwie noch gefeit: Wenn du über 20 Jahre lang täglich Rotznasen um dich hast, ist das Immunsystem irgendwann eine Festung.

Hallo liebe Chriddi, vielen Dank für dir Besserungswünsche und schön für dich. Doch bei mir ist es noch etwas anderes. Durch meine Bluterkrankung, Chemotherapie, Stammzellentransplantation wurde mein Immunsystem vollständig resettet. Ich habe keine Immun-Gedächtniszellen mehr  aus der Zeit davor.
Vor knapp fünf Jahren startete ich in ein zweites Leben. Ich durfte ein Jahr lang, genau wie ein Säugling nichts rohes essen, auch keinen Honig alles nur gekocht. Danach musste ich alle Impfungen nachholen, wie ein Kleinkind. Jeder Virus, jeder Bazillus dem ich begegne ist für mein Immunsystem etwas völlig Neues. 
Und den muss es erstmal kennenlernen, um zu wissen wie man ihn zukünftig bekämpft.
