# This is my first of what I hope to be many fabulous tree Tuesday posts. Before Christmas we made a huge move with our family. We said goodbye to our inner city suburb and now call ourselves mountain folk. We are still adjusting to the huge change. @azurejasper is doing all the hard work with the help of my mother @bluerinse. We hope that the lifestyle change will pay off in the long run. Close to my mother, a healthier life and a house of our own ...(a mortgage of our own). No more apartment living, a garden, our own vegetables, a water tank, compost, neighbours who know our name (and not for the purpose of writing a letter of complaint to the body corporate ), and the freedom to make noise without crazy down stairs lady yelling in the hallway and leaving broken glass outside our door. _I'm not kidding._ # So here it is. My tree!! My very own eucalyptus tree!  ## View from my bedroom window.  It is magnificent. I don't do it justice. We have had very hot days over 40Β°c, which have included daily storms. These were taken in the rain with storm cloud cover. ___ # This was a special moment.  Planting our lemon tree. A house warming gift from my aunt. πΏππ ## @azurejasper did all the hard work.  And our rain water tanks are overflowing.  ___ @littleblue was sad to say goodbye to his pet tree noddy.  We had one last lap of our shared backyard of our apartment building. _And didn't look back._  ## I think when we pick up this little girl on Friday he will feel pretty okay about it.
