Independent and system-structural approach in psychology. Characteristics of the main activities: play, learning, labor. /last part/
In order to analyze the essence of the learning activity, it is necessary to consider separately its main structural components and to determine their specificity. The structural, objective components of the learning activity are: the subject to which the learning activity is directed; the means used to achieve certain learning objectives; the conditions under which the training takes place; the subject of the training activity. The subject of the educational activity is the public experience for a certain part of the objective reality, reflected in the system of social knowledge, concepts, laws, theoretical and practical methods, moral norms and values, certain modes of behavior. The subject is determined by the contemporary socio-economic state of society, which determines the state of the public knowledge. In the process of learning, children receive both empirical and theoretical knowledge and skills structured according to their content in a particular system.

 Empirical knowledge reflects certain phenomena, and the theoretical - the essence behind the phenomena. Both types of knowledge represent a certain degree in the development of public and personal knowledge.  The means of learning are the actions through which the child analyzes and explains the subject of learning, reveals its main features, laws, methods, and reproduces them in practical and mental terms. Through these actions, each child reproduces public knowledge and skills through sign systems, learning strategies and learning techniques. The conditions of the learning activity are mainly found in the social socio-economic forms of organization and management of the learning process. In conclusion, we can summarize the following learning outcomes: - The adolescent learning activity is organized by specially authorized people in accordance with the state requirements in the relevant documents; - the ultimate outcome of the children's learning activities is the learning of the knowledge acquired by the previous generations; - the main form of activity in the educational activity is mental activity; - learning activity always takes place at a specific level of personal development.  Labor is the main activity of the person, aimed at creating socially important material and spiritual values. 

The analysis of work activity at different stages of human development indicates that labor is essential for the formation and development of the human person. One of the main tasks of education and training is to prepare the growing generation for active and responsible participation in public production. The most important form of work preparation is labor itself. Primary forms of work occur early in the game and meet the immediate requirements of everyday life. Labor activity creates multifaceted opportunities to use, consolidate and refine the results of previous learning activities. These opportunities should be used purposefully and be further developed. The children's activities are one of the most important means of personalizing the personality. Through the labor, the children participate directly in the creation of socially important material and spiritual values. The importance of work for the development of a child's personality lies in the following: children are involved in the most important sphere of people's lives; through labor, children change the structure of their mental activity; children learn about the social dimensions of their activities, develop their sense of solidarity and responsibility, and as a final result form the moral - the volitional traits of their character and others. A general tendency in the development of scientific and technological progress is the increase of the share of mental activity in the labor process.
